Summary of seventh meeting of ENSOs and Regime Shifts group

This meeting consisted of  three presentations:

1.  Nate Mantua - Death of the 1997/98 El Nino and Birth of the 1998/99 La Nina

2.  Ric Brodeur - NMFS Stategic Estuarine and Ocean Research Plan for Pacific Salmon

3. Steven Hare - Has there been a large-scale change in the climate of the North Pacific since the regime shift of 1976-77?
